PA. SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL APPEAL 'BOOBIES' RULING
(AP) - School officials in eastern Pennsylvania will appeal a federal judge's ruling that allows students to wear breast cancer fundraising bracelets that say, "I (heart) boobies!" The Easton Area School District voted unanimously Wednesday to appeal the decision by District Judge Mary McLaughlin. The judge's decision came in lawsuit filed by two middle school students who received in-school suspensions for wearing the bracelets.

Late last week, Timo Perez and his younger brother Carlos, along with a neighborhood friend, were playing in their backyard when a dog escaped from a fenced-in yard across the street.

(AP) - A California woman is suing a popular Internet dating site, saying she was sexually assaulted by a man she met on Match.com. Attorney Mark L. Webb says he filed the Los Angeles Superior Court civil lawsuit on Wednesday on behalf of an entertainment executive identified only as Jane Doe.
