FEATURED DOCUMENT SUIT OVER FACEBOOK OWNERSHIP CONTAINING MARK ZUCKERBERG'S EMAILS
(FindLaw's Courtside) - Paul Ceglia has filed an amended complaint in his suit claiming ownership of Facebook. Ceglia argues that he and Mark Zuckerberg entered into an agreement for the continued development of the social networking site, but that Zuckerberg misappropriated Ceglia's interest in the resulting company. This amended complaint contains emails from Zuckerberg that Ceglia claims demonstrate Zuckerberg's intent to defraud Ceglia out of his share of the company.
