FEATURED DOCUMENT APPLE SUES SAMSUNG FOR COPYING THE IPHONE AND IPAD
(FindLaw's Courtside) - Apple has filed suit against Samsung over the Samsung Galaxy, alleging that Samsung chose to "slavishly copy" the iPhone and iPad in its new line of products. Apple claims that the Galaxy line commits widespread patent and trade dress infringement.
