In a trademark dispute involving an action to enjoin the use, sale, or promotion of the mark MDTV, judgment of the district court granting defendant's motion for a preliminary injunction is reversed where court abused its discretion in presuming that defendant was likely to suffer irreparable harm in the absence of preliminary injunctive relief.
