Webber also has a Confederate flag that flies inside his pickup truck. He was told by the school superintendent to either lose the flag or be suspended.

| Danger of Unprotected Tweets TWITTER MUST GIVE USER INFO IN WIKILEAKS PROBE (AP) - A federal magistrate ruled Friday that prosecutors can demand Twitter account information of certain users in their criminal probe into the disclosure of classified documents on WikiLeaks. The prosecutors' reasons for seeking the records remain secret and it's unknown how important they are to the investigation of the largest leak ever of classified American documents. The Twitter users argued that the government was on a fishing expedition that amounted to an unconstitutional violation of their freedoms of speech and association. But in a ruling issued Friday, U.S. Magistrate Judge Theresa Carroll Buchanan said the government's request was reasonable and did nothing to hamper the Twitter users' free speech rights.

CYBERLAW NEWS - DOWNLOAD THIS!: Search Legalities ADVERTISERS ARE FREE TO BUY SEARCH ADS WITH RIVAL'S TRADEMARK (FindLaw's Decided) - The 9th Circuit recently determined that it is not de facto trademark infringement when a company purchases a competitor's trademark as a keyword. That way, the company's product will show up under a search engine's sponsored links when a user searches for the competitor's product. Network Automation owns AutoBase, while Advanced Systems Concepts owns ActiveBatch. Both products are scheduling and management software and are direct competitors. In order to advertise its product, Network Automation purchased the keyword "ActiveBatch" on Google Adwords and Microsoft Bing.

JOHN PAUL II GETS FACEBOOK PAGE (AP) - The Vatican will unveil the latest installment in its social media transformation next week - a Facebook page dedicated to the upcoming beatification of Pope John Paul II, officials said. The site, which will link to video highlights of John Paul's 27-year papacy, is designed to promote the May 1 beatification. But it may well continue beyond given the global and enduring interest in the late pontiff, Vatican officials told The Associated Press.
