In an antitrust matter related to the U.S. para-aramid fiber market, summary judgment in favor of plaintiff on counterclaim by defendant is reversed where the district court erred in dismissing counterclaim for failure to sufficiently plead a relevant geographic market, because rationale for dismissal is contrary to case law.
