NEW & NOTEWORTHY:

CHRIS BROWN PROBATION: COULD GMA TANTRUM AFFECT HIM IN COURT?
(FindLaw's Celebrity Justice) - The Chris Brown tantrum is a legendary thing. We all remember Rihanna. However, one would think that after six months of court-ordered domestic violence counseling, the singer would have learned to handle a bit of his anger. But with newly bleached hair and armfuls of tattoos, the singer proved that this isn't the case. Nope, upset about Good Morning America anchors asking about Rihanna, he threw a new and approved Chris Brown tantrum. Instead of a woman, he took his anger out on windows. And his shirt.

Collectibles owner Pete Siegel, who is planning to sell it off, the New York Post reports. Now the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences has gone to court to try to prevent the sale.

'PAWN STARS' COREY 'BIG HOSS' HARRISON ARRESTED FOR BATTERY
(FindLaw's Celebrity Justice) - Corey Harrison, co-star of the TV show "Pawn Stars," was arrested by California Sheriff's deputies after they said he shoved a deputy and a security guard. Corey "Big Hoss" Harrison, 27, of Las Vegas, was booked into jail Sunday at the Big Bear Lake, Calif. station on suspicion of battery and resisting arrest, Examiner.com reports. So what did the big guy do? A bar employee at Murray's Saloon and Eatery flagged down a passing deputy when Harrison and another customer got into an argument shortly before 10 p.m.

MICHAEL LOHAN, LINDSAY LOHAN'S DAD, ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
(FindLaw's Celebrity Justice) - Another Lohan Arrested? For once, bad girl Lindsay Lohan isn't to blame this time. Still, her estranged father Michael Lohan's arrest is making splashy headlines just the same. Michael Lohan was arrested Monday night under suspicion of domestic violence, according to a Los Angeles police report and the Los Angeles Times. Michael Lohan, 50, has repeatedly shown up at many of his daughter's court appearances. This time, Lindsay Lohan's Dad will have to do the explaining.

DAVID SCHUBERT, PARIS HILTON'S PROSECUTOR, BUSTED FOR COCAINE
(FindLaw's Celebrity Justice) - Just because they enforce the law, doesn't mean they obey the law. This is especially true of David Schubert, the Nevada prosecutor who handled the prosecutions of both Paris Hilton and Bruno Mars. The revered member of a state and federal drug task force was busted this past weekend while purchasing crack. David Schubert is well-known in the Las Vegas area for his handling of drug crimes--especially those involving celebrities. But it turns out that while he was prosecuting both Paris Hilton and Bruno Mars, he was spending his down time getting high.
