NEW & NOTEWORTHY: DEMI LOVATO: REHAB WAS 'DARKEST TIME' FOR DISNEY STAR (FindLaw's Celebrity Justice) - Disney starlet Demi Lovato's rehab stint was the "darkest time" of her young life, the 18-year-old said in a video to her fans over the weekend. Demi Lovato's rehab treatment, a two-month treatment which ended in late January, was for "emotional and physical issues," including eating disorders and self mutilation, Fox News reports.

After waging a media war against Warner Bros. and Two and a Half Men producer Chuck Lorre, Charlie Sheen was canned by the studio. And now the Vatican assassin warlock has sued. Yesterday Charlie Sheen kicked off a $100-million lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre by filing a complaint riddled with personal jabs and seemingly bizarre accusations. Though it sounds a bit delusional, there may be some truth to Sheen's allegations that Lorre conspired with Warner Bros. to blame the sitcom's demise on the actor.
| YOUTUBE, UNIVERSITIES LAUNCH NEW MEDIA PROGRAM (AP) - YouTube is partnering with universities to launch a new media program series for aspiring digital filmmakers. The video-sharing website announced Thursday it would launch the YouTube Creator Institute with the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts and Columbia College Chicago. It says the schools will offer on-campus and online educational courses to its users so they can "hone their digital media skills and accelerate their YouTube careers."
| 'HEREAFTER' TSUNAMI MOVIE STOPS SHOWING IN JAPAN AP) - A film distributor says it has decided to stop showing Clint Eastwood's tsunami movie "Hereafter" in Japan following a catastrophic quake. Warner Entertainment Japan Inc. official Satoru Otani says theaters will no longer show the film. He said Monday the terrifying tsunami scenes in the movie were "not appropriate" at this time.

ARRESTING DEVELOPMENTS: RACHEL OBERLIN'S (AKA BREE OLSON, SHEEN 'GODDESS') DUI TRIAL SET (FindLaw's Celebrity Justice) - Last week was a big one for Rachel Oberlin, one of Charlie Sheen's girlfriends and a porn star who goes by the stage name Bree Olson. First Sheen announce that he was making plans to marry the "international sensation" known as the Goddesses. Then a Fort Wayne, Indiana judge scheduled Oberlin's drunk driving trial for June 2011.
| GIBSON TO PLEAD GUILTY TO BATTERY OF EX OKSANA GRIGORIEVA (FindLaw's Celebrity Justice) - Just because you get caught on tape threatening to beat up a woman, followed by the same woman claiming she was beat up by you, doesn't mean that you should be prosecuted or put to jail. At least, that seems to be what the district attorney is saying in the Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva case, Reuters reports.
