In a labor and employment dispute involving a challenge to a grant of demurer in favor of defendants, trial court order is affirmed where cause of action for breach of the duty of fair representation falls within the ambit of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act and tort causes of action fall within the jurisdiction of the Public Employment Relations Board jurisdiction.
